Jim is a 1993 graduate of Fenwick High School, a 1997 graduate of Bradley University and a 2000 graduate of Northern Illinois University College of Law.

In 2006, Jim created the law firm James Flanagan, Attorney at Law, A Professional Corporation.  He concentrates his practice in  residential real estate transactions.  He is admitted to practice in all Illinois state courts.

Jim is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association.
